1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fw9 ("fw9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the fw9 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at fw9.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the fw9 service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. 3. Account Registration

Each player may hold one (1) fw9 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fw9 login credentials. fw9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on fw9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). fw9 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your fw9 account wallet section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your fw9 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. fw9 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

6. Betting Rules

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

• Allowing any third party to use your fw9 account.

8. Intellectual Property

12. Amendments to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the fw9 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of fw9 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using fw9 and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of fw9 shall first be submitted to fw9's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or, failing that, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
